Hello, My name is Nakia but most people just call me Nike. Im 16 yrs old and I attend W.E.B DuBois High school (Marshall). In the fall I will be transferring to South Division High school.
Right now im in the Urban Journalism workshop that I'm really not enjoying right now. Maybe because its just the first few days but I really don't like it here. Its not the people because there are many cool people but this workshop is just not my cup of tea. Dont get me wrong I ABSOLUTELY LOVE WRITING but I just dont enjoy this paticular type of journalism. My mom says give it till the end of the week and if I still truly dislike it I can come home. I truly really am having a bad time because I don't enjoy it.
She thought it was because I want to kick it with my friends but it has nothing to do with it I just really want to go home because its hard to try to enjoy somthing when your just not interested but I promised I'd stick it out till the weekend so i'll try and make the best of it
